Construction, Development and Investment, Inc.; authorizing the City Manager to execute the proposed agreement with H.G. Construction, Development and Investment, Inc., in an amount not-to-exceed $1,490,300 and allocating a 10% Construction Contingency Allowance of $149,030, for a total project cost of $1,639,330.
