Reso. #R8000 approving the award of Invitation for Bid No. 23-028, entitled, "The Purchase and Installation of a New Reverse Osmosis Skid System in Miramar, Florida," to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder Conti L.L.C.; authorizing the City Manager to execute an appropriate agreement with Conti L.L.C., in an amount not-to-exceed $6,964,500; and allocating a contingency allowance of $300,000, for a total project cost of $7,264,500.
