Reso. #R7710 approving the agreement with OHLA USA for the "Watermain Replacement along University Drive between Miramar Parkway and Pineland Park" Project and waiving further competitive procedures in the best interest of the City; and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement with OHLA USA to perform the watermain replacement along University Drive between Miramar Parkway and Pineland Park Project, in an amount not-to-exceed $364,878, and approving a project allowance in the amount of $100,000 for a total amount of $464,878.
